For thousands of years people have been burning elements like sage and sweetgrass to remove negative energy from a space. Even the Roman Catholic Church burns Frankincense at every mass to clear the space and uplift the energy. Our homes collect negative energy from our arguments, our emotions that erupt during TV sports, financial stress, etc. Some homes or businesses even experience some paranormal activity (departed persons remaining behind). I have an effective method of smudging that I have developed over years of working with paranormal activity. It is based on burning the elements and energy work.
